Terms of Service

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Wayncore platform, available at wayncore.eu. By registering for an account, you accept these Terms in full.

Wayncore is a B2B service. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are acting in a professional or commercial capacity on behalf of a registered business entity.

2. Description of Service

Wayncore is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for e-commerce brands that sell physical, repairable products. The service includes:

  • A branded customer-facing warranty and repair claim portal
  • A brand dashboard for case management, status tracking, and communication
  • AI-assisted case summaries and issue classification
  • Automated customer notifications
  • Analytics and defect monitoring tools

3. Account Registration

Access to Wayncore requires the creation of an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@wayncore.eu.

4. Subscription and Billing

Wayncore is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Plans differ in claim volume limits and included features. Plan details are available on the pricing page.

A 7-day free trial is available without requiring payment details at signup. At the end of the trial period, a subscription will only be activated if you have provided payment information.

Billing is managed via Stripe. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Invoices are generated automatically at each billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining portion of a paid period.

Wayncore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive usage, or fail to pay subscription fees.

6. Intellectual Property

The Wayncore platform, including its interface, codebase, branding, and content, is the exclusive property of Wayncore and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription period.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Wayncore, including your customer data and warranty case information.

7. Data Processing

By using Wayncore, you act as a data controller for the personal data of your customers. Wayncore acts as a data processor on your behalf. Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement available on request.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your customers to process their data via Wayncore.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wayncore is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. Wayncore shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers (including Supabase, Stripe, and Anthropic).

AI-generated summaries and suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. Wayncore does not warrant the accuracy of AI outputs. Warranty and repair decisions remain the sole responsibility of your team.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wayncore’s total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
